Theme

Color is movement. In this series it is not applied, but released as energy, as resonance, as an impulsive echo of inner states. Every pictorial space is a field of tension: between stillness and departure, between chaos and form. The compositions arise from gesture, not from planning. Color layers overlap, collide, dissolve and form new zones.

Description

In the series “Color Spaces of Release” we encounter a sequence of explosive visual worlds that seem simultaneously instinctive and architectural. In strongly contrasting color fields, impulses manifest like emotional shockwaves. Each composition seems like a frozen moment of energetic release. The powerful color orchestration oscillates between fire and ice, light and density, clarity and decay.

Technique

The works are created in a multi-layered painting process using traditional oil paints, finely ground pigments and individually mixed solvents. Color layers are applied with spatula, cloth and brush, and partially removed again, creating deep transparency and density. Through controlled release and deliberately placed blurs, pictorial spaces emerge in which color itself becomes the protagonist.
