This series of images is dedicated to architecture as a space of order, stillness and mental concentration. Not the animated cityscape takes center stage, but pure form: wall, opening, axis, grid, staircase, light and shadow. The works examine architecture not as mere built environment, but as a visual discipline in which proportion, rhythm and emptiness develop an almost meditative effect.
Description
In “Architecture of Light,” architecture becomes the silent stage for form and light. The works show no everyday city scenes, but strictly composed pictorial spaces in which geometric order, monumental surfaces and deliberately placed light axes condense into a reduced, almost timeless visual language. Vertical facades, sacred interiors, rhythmic staircases.
Technique
Black-and-white photography with high contrast processing. In monochrome, the reduction is further amplified: color recedes, structure comes forward. This creates images of great clarity, monumentality and inner calm. Professional post-processing emphasizes the architectural geometry.
